5-Stars for service and food!! Very attentive and friendly staff.  If you want reliability, consistency and a delicious relaxing experience... then you have to try this place! My husband and I have been coming here for years. Even after new ownership, the level of service seemed to spike up to a solid 10!! It's so hard to dine out with a toddler... they help make our experience better by always providing exceptional service. Special thanks to our server Kumar (I hope didn't misspell his name) he's terrific!

The most basic dish like Spaghetti and Meatballs in their plum wine sauce is so delicious!! Gnocchi is amazing and everything else we've tried is great.  I'm a native New Yorker who lived close to  authentic Italian restaurants ....this friendly neighborhood place truly hits home. Love it!

The outside of this restaurant looks like some kind of old run-down place. It could just be the shopping center that it's in, but at least they can maybe make it seem more inviting from the outside. Upon entering you immediately run into a small table, with menus on top. Looking around you'll see a very dim restaurant, with light music playing overhead. The strange thing that threw me off was the difference from the exterior to the interior of the place. When you enter, there isn't any sign really saying if I should wait for a host or sit down. After standing for a minute or 2, one of the waiters comes up and takes my friend and I to our table.
There seemed to be no personality from the staff whatsoever, from the gentleman who sat us to the waiter, to really anyone but the young lady who was cleaning up tables with a smile on her face. We were asked what we wanted to drink, and we're given time to look over the menu. The menu is very basic with the typical Italian choices. I chose the lasagna and my friend wanted to get the stuffed shells, but questioned if they can be gotten with chicken, but the waiter stated they were "Pre-made" which makes me wonder if all their food is Pre-made outside the restaurant. She changed her order to the spaghetti with meatballs. We were given garlic bread rolls which were smothered in garlic and oil. Far too much garlic for the both of us, we had to scrap the stuff off. To each their own. When we were served, my lasagna looked like a messy cheese soup. As far as presentation, I wasn't really ecstatic. But, more importantly the taste. It didn't really have much. All I could taste was the cheese, it was far too much. The lasagna was supposed to be a cheese and meat lasagna but I would say it was about 85% cheese and 15% meat. It didn't really have much flavor other than that.
The spaghetti and meatballs was also pretty bland, I can say the pasta was cooked perfectly, but the sauce and the meatballs were very bland and didn't really have much seasoning. They were pretty dry too.

At the end of it, I don't think I would come here again any time soon. It gives off the high end vibe on the inside, but doesn't really pack the punch I'd like it too. The outside really should be decorated more or something. I can't really say the staff was rude, but I can't say much about the staff at all as they all looked serious and just were there to get paid and didn't even say hello. The food, which is of course the most important, just didn't really cut it for me.

I have been avoiding this place for years because the reviews were not great but we had just finished a wine tasting next door and needed to get some food in our system.

It was a little busy but we got seated right away.  We ordered a small cheese pizza, the broccoli with garlic, a salad and was in the mood for pasta so I quickly scanned the menu and went for the Spaghetti alla Di Napoli which was described as spaghetti in a rich plum tomato sauce.

They brought out the garlic rolls.  I was happy to see that they use fresh garlic but the rolls were a bit hard like they had been sitting around a while.  8.25 for a side dish of just ok brocolli with garlic was a bit steep.  The pizza was thin crust and tasty.  The salad was beautiful with artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers.  Then came the pasta.  I think they may have gotten it wrong because what we got was pene with a cream sauce and it had ham or something in it.  I called over the waiter and told him I did not realize the dish had meat, explaining that my BF does not eat meat.  He asked if we wanted something else and we just went for the spaghetti marinara.  Now this is where I gave them an extra star.  Our waiter then turned to me and said that he did not want to waste the dish and if I wanted eat it and he would bring out the marinara for my BF.  I told him I did not want to eat it at that time because of all the cream, I had been naughty enough,  but if he did not to have it go to waste I would take it.  He packed it up and he only charged us for the marinara.  Now that was awesome customer service!  The marinara was a little on the sweet side, the pasta was not over cooked.

We will probably be back after the next wine tasting.

I decided to order takeout on Valentine's Day. I like that there is a divide where you can sit down and eat and it's classy, the other side is for take out orders. I didn't like that I ordered the Blanca pizza and asked if I could add broccoli and the person told me no. Really? Ok. Calamari was a little over fried and lacked flavor.
